We all have inner work that calls us. It forms part of our awakening and maturing into fully expressing and living a purposeful life. Some of our darkest places invite us to a daily deliberate practice - it is also here where we can awaken the Healer & Therapist that dwells within each of us. The Medicine is Within!

Jungian Analyst James Hollis refers to these dark places as the Swamplands of the Soul. I think the reference is appropriate; this is how it often feels for many of us when we drown in the old. What I have come to realize in my own personal healing process is that I have a choice - I can remain in the drowning and BE that experience or I can learn to be with the experience (not being it) - meaning I am hosting it. In that moment I allow myself a new perspective and take the seat of the Host & the Healer within me, instead of the wounded Child.

The Responsible Individual™ (TRI) depth coaching space works with many layers to develop a toolkit across Healing & Active Development. Regardless of where you would like the coaching to take you, progress is really felt when you are willing to go deep!

AT THE CORE OF ANY HEALING PROCESS IS THE RELEASE, THE HOSTING AND THE CONNECT TO A MUCH DEEPER MEANING.

You will experience a guided release process in a safe space. Step by step we work towards giving the trauma more space, hosting it – being with it instead of being it – and exploring deeper meaning. We can move beyond what we think we know to be true.

Life is like a Garden, we can learn to plant a Flower in every single experience – especially in the difficult ones.

In the process we practice to:

• self heal
• self love
• self guide
• self lead

We begin to accept the teaching each moment brings. Every single moment makes up the sum of who we choose to be today.
